After graduating from art college, Debbie began her creative career in graphic design before becoming a highly regarded children’s book illustrator. This experience shaped her distinctive style, giving her paintings a strong sense of character and storytelling. Whether depicting animals, landscapes or people, her work combines expressive techniques, light, colour and movement to create engaging compositions that connect instantly with viewers and collectors.

Working primarily on canvas with heavy-bodied acrylics, Debbie builds her paintings through energetic layers of richly textured paint and delicate glazes, creating depth, vibrancy and movement. Her artwork, now available at Fizz Gallery, is equally suited to contemporary and traditional interiors. Debbie’s paintings have also been showcased at prestigious events such as the Concours of Elegance at royal venues including St James’s Palace and Hampton Court Palace, and have been featured in the Royal Box at the Royal Windsor Show.
