At Fizz Framing, our approach has been shaped by helping people choose, appreciate and enjoy artwork and by the belief that the right framing makes a huge difference. We look beyond the obvious to find what works for each piece.
Colour and content are just the starting point. The rest is hard to put into words: it’s a feeling, an instinct, knowing your products, and knowing your customer.
How it ALL Began
Our story so far
FIZZ was co-founded by Sandy Prater, whose 20 years running FIZZ Gallery brought her into close contact with artists, collectors and remarkable works of art.
That background continues to inform our approach to framing: thoughtful presentation, a strong sense of colour and proportion, and an appreciation of what makes each piece individual.
Today we bring that same creative curiosity to every project, whether it’s an original artwork or a modest keepsake with a story of its own.

Working beyond the obvious
Every piece that comes through the door has something worth celebrating: the colours in a painting, the detail in a photograph, the hours of work behind needlework or the memories attached to a keepsake.
Sometimes the answer is beautifully understated. Sometimes it’s a little more adventurous. Whatever the project, we listen carefully and think creatively.
And when someone sees their finished piece and loves it even more than they expected? That’s what makes us tick.
Sandy
Sandy's early career spanned a 20-year period in marketing. After a shock redundancy she took control of her own destiny and started to look for new opportunities. A love of art, a chance meeting and a notice in a shop window sparked an idea - and FIZZ was born in 2005.
Sandy heads-up the framing side of FIZZ.
Fenella
Fenella is a creative through and through. It wasn’t until later in life that she was able to explore her love of interiors and this opened up a whole new world.
Her flair for putting together colour, shape, form and texture is plain to see when visiting their lifestyle boutique The Fizz Edit.
